TODAY Puppy Mill Bill S3753 passed the NYS Senate Agriculture Committee. This bill will make NYS a leader in banning Puppy Mills and “allow forward-thinking local governments to regulate commercial pet breeders and pet stores.”

2 MORE committees need to vote by June 14, 2013–LASK IS ON IT IN ALBANY, NY!!!!

    • The comment was based on the fact that ABSOLUTELY NO ONE would send out world wide media to hear this good news. This is good news to animal advocates and rescue groups – not earth shaking to the rest of the world – hence, they photo shopped – meaning – this picture was pullled to fit the story as animal advocates see it – big time – but, it merely had a blip in the worlds concerns. I hope you understand the comment now.

  1. Now if we can just get this passed across the whole U.S. we as humans can say “we are evolving in our lifetimes”!
